Better Outcomes With Early Intervention

Early Evaluation is Key

The first 1,000 days of a child’s life are crucial for brain development, with over 90% occurring before age 5. This is a critical window where intervention can be the most effective.

Early intervention by a Speech-Language Pathologist can significantly enhance progress, making it vital to seek services promptly when concerns arise.

Children who receive speech therapy early have a better chance of making quicker progress than if intervention services don’t start until they are older.

Intervention before starting school means the child doesn’t experience knock-on delays in academic and social skills.
