All pediatric speech and language therapy services are delivered virtually through telemedicine.
Lehigh Valley Speech is a participating provider with most insurances, including:

- United Healthcare
Parents should receive a referral from their primary care physician for Lehigh Valley Speech if there is a concern regarding your child’s speech or language development. Insurance plans typically require that speech-language therapy be deemed a medical necessity for coverage.
Parents can also check their insurance provider’s online insurance portal to see if Lehigh Valley Speech is in-network and what their policy covers.

Private Pay Patients
If your insurance does not cover speech therapy, Lehigh Valley Speech Therapy offers services on a private pay basis, allowing you to access the support your child needs without insurance constraints.
All payments and invoices are managed through the software platform Simple Practice for your security and data protection.
A full appointment fee will be charged for missed sessions or cancellations without at least 24 hours’ notice.
